2020年加入合成基础油业务部,担任合成基础油客户开发应用工程师。与埃克森美孚全球合成基础油技术、市场及销售团队共同紧密合作,服务于中国地区客户。为客户提供合成基础油及其相关应用、配方等技术支持

Joined in ExxonMobil Lubricants Analysis and Technical Support Laboratory in 2012 ,
Starting from 2016, acted as lab technical supervisor, responsible for the technical and management of daily operations of the laboratory, enabling the laboratory to operate under management systems such as ISO17025, QP&G and OIMS with effectiveness and efficiency, while leading the technical team to provide technical support to the marketing and sales teams.
Joined the Synthetics team in 2020 as a customer development and application engineer. Collaborate closely with ExxonMobil global synthetics technology, marketing and sales teams to support customers in China. Provide technical support on synthetic base oil with related applications, formulations, etc. to customers.

Next Generation PAOs to Improve Fuel Economy and Energy Efficiency
摘要 (Abstract)
随着二氧化碳排放标准变得日益严苛,愈发挑战,燃油经济性成为了发动机油,电动汽车/传动系统油液发展的主要驱动力。虽然转向低粘度和超低粘度润滑油是提高燃油经济性的有效配方策略,但同时也给抗磨损保护、沉积物和换油周期方面带来了挑战。SpectraSyn MaX是来自埃克森美孚的新一代PAO家族。
SpectraSyn MaX能够在低粘度和低挥发性(LVLV)方面实现卓越平衡,助力调配低粘度和超低粘度发动机油配方,且不用协调添加剂加剂量或Noack挥发率。SpectraSyn MaX也表现出更低的牵引力,从而带来更好的能效以及出色的氧化安定性,使之成为低粘度电动汽车传动液的理想之选。
本报告将介绍SpectraSyn MaX的重点特性,以及其在发动机油和电动汽车传动液成品配方中发挥出的优异性能
Fuel economy has been the major driver in engine oil and EV/driveline fluid development as CO2 emission mandates are getting more stringent and challenging. While moving towards low and ultra-low-viscosity fluids is an effective formulation strategy to improve fuel economy, it poses challenges in wear protection, deposits and oil drain intervals. SpectraSyn MaX is the next generation PAO family from ExxonMobil.
SpectraSyn MaX provides excellent Low-Viscosity, Low-Volatility (LVLV) balance enabling low and ultra-low-viscosity engine oil formulations without compromising additive treat-rate or Noack volatility. SpectraSyn Max also exhibits lower traction, which can lead to improved energy efficiency, and superior oxidative stability that also make them desirable in low-viscosity EV/driveline fluids.
Important properties of SpectraSyn MaX are presented along with their performance in finished formulations of engine oils and EV/driveline fluids.
